The user agrees that the classes taken by children shall be recorded for the database and for quality evaluation by SDHC Academy.

Our Statement

We keep user identities anonymous to protect privacy, where possible. It’s not allowed to request or provide Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of SDHC Academy in order to bypass or take advantage of the SDHC Academy messaging system or SDHC Academy platform.
Any necessary exchange of personal information required to continue a service may be exchanged in the pages assigned within the application.
SDHC Academy does not provide protection or recognise any agreements made outside of the Platform.
All communication, information, and file exchanges must be done only on the platform. SDHC Academy is open to everyone.
You agree not to discriminate against any other user based on gender, race, age, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, or anything else.
You also understand that such discrimination could result in the suspension/removal of your account.
Users may not submit proposals or solicit parties introduced through SDHC Academy to contract, engage with, or pay outside of the Platform.

Reporting Violations

If you find any content that goes against our Terms of Service, please report it to us through the appropriate channels. These channels are listed in our Terms of Service. Policy Violations

If a user violates our Terms of Service or any user misconduct is reported to our Trust and Safety team, they may receive a warning on their account. The warning will be sent to the user’s email address and will also be displayed on the site when they log in. Warnings do not restrict account activity but can result in the account being permanently disabled, depending on the severity of the violation.

Indemnification

User agrees to protect, indemnify and keep SDHC Academy blameless from and against any and all charges, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to his/her use of the site.

Optional Tools

We may give you access to third-party tools that we don’t have the ability to monitor, control, or give input on. You agree that we provide access to these tools “as is” and “according to availability” without any warranty, representation, or condition of any kind, and without any approval. We will have no liability whatsoever resulting from or related to your use of optional third-party tools. You’re entirely welcome to use any optional tools offered through the website, and we hope you do! We want you to be familiar with and approve of the terms of use for any tools provided by third-party providers. We may also offer new services and features through the website in the future, including new tools and resources. Of course, all of these new features and services will be subject to these Terms of Service.

Payment & Refund Policy

The Platform charges fees for its services, which you will be required to pay according to the plan you choose. You agree to pay the fees for the courses/plans you purchase, and you give the Company permission to charge you as per the chosen payment method. The Company’s designated payment system will be used for all transactions, and it is your responsibility to pay all fees and taxes due in a timely manner through that system.
Users are given several choices to pay for the Services through payment methods such as, but not limited to, credit and debit card payment facilities, EMI payment, online bank transfer and wallet payment. The payment gateway mechanisms are ruled by the terms and conditions of the third-party providers as listed on the Platform. The User agrees to adhere to those terms. Our terms and conditions state that we will provide a 100% refund 5 days before the course starts and 50% after 5 days. There is no refund after the course has begun after the 5 day period.
We accept valid Credit/ Debit/Cash Cards/ online bank transfers and other payment instruments. Your payment will be processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure. These transactions are subject to the terms agreed to between the Users and the respective issuing bank and payment instrument issuing company. We are not liable for any unauthorized use, fraud, payment refunds, or loss of money in the transaction. The amount of refund payable is limited to the amount paid by the User for Services not rendered. Users will be charged interest in accordance with bank regulations in the event of an EMI refund.
We try to process and finish refund requests within 24 hours of receiving the refund request. However, if there is any refund delay exceeding 72 hours, please notify us at info@sdhcacademy.edu.in . The refund process may include a feedback call to you and validation of key information that may be needed by us to process the refund request.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any related agreements fall under the jurisdiction of Indian law.

General Terms

SDHC Academy holds the right to put any account on hiatus or permanently disable it due to a violation of these Terms of Service, or illegal or inappropriate use of the site or services.
If you violate our Terms of Service, your account may be disabled permanently. Users with disabled accounts will not be able to use our Platform.
If you have already violated our Terms of Service and had your account disabled, you may contact our Support team for more information about the violation and the status of your account.
Account Security features are available to protect user accounts from unauthorized access.
Users must be able to verify their account ownership through Support by providing materials that prove ownership of that account.
Disputes can be resolved by following SDHC Academy’s dispute resolution procedures or by contacting SDHC Academy Support at nfo@sdhcacademy.edu.in .
We may periodically change our Terms of Service. When we do, we’ll post the updated Terms of Service on this page.
You agree that if you keep using SDHC Academy after the Terms of Service have changed, we’ll take that as your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Feedback Rights

Any comments, suggestions or other feedback you give SDHC Academy about the SDHC Academy platform, the Site, or other SDHC Academy services is considered Feedback. By giving Feedback, you agree that SDHC Academy owns it exclusively and that SDHC Academy can use it however it wants, without owing you anything. SDHC Academy is not obligated to implement any of the Feedback it receives from users
